Yeah, the weird isolation of it all really hampers it, I agree. I mean at least they have the 2hu being timefucked reacting differently when others are around, but at the same time it'd really be nice if others did anything.
Anyway, that's part of my issue but not my only issue with the mechanic. The fact that there's very little room to experiment with the mechanic is kind of trash. One of the most fun aspects of time stop as a vehicle for h content is the creativity, doing things like slipping vibrators into girl's panty's, restarting time, and watching the girl you just messed with realize what happened and struggle to hide her arousal as her friends ask what's wrong, you know stuff like that.
