Why does she have a monado spear, what the fuck is this horse shit.
>a monado spear
It isn't.
What is it then?
Are you blind?
Why are JRPG's always so tropey and repetitive? Why are so many Japanese devs against any kind of innovation?
It's a monado staff, retard.
the remake looks like this? what the fuck?
The new epilogue will hook her up with an obvious self insert. Screenshot this.
I can't fucking wait
Of course! Torna was also a side-story made to complement the main game, but built to be standalone with its own subtitle, and starring a side character from the main game as its main character.
And then she died off-screen during the credits.
She will become Telethia the Endbringer to make sure no one finds the Monado/Ontos/The Conduit
>suffer
That's a funny way of saying "winning"
She's not a full blooded High Entian, so she can't become one. Do you people not pay attention to the story
>And then she died off-screen during the credits.
She wasn't the MC.
If they retroactively uncuck Melia then Nia is gonna look pretty silly stuck in cucktown by herself.
I assume the Epilogue will have some level of Torna combat. So we might get Shulk/Melia as a tag team, the two Nopon as a tag team, and maybe Vanea/Linada as the last tag team, since some Machina had to be piloting Junks. I assume they weren't shown in the trailer though, since Machina are a pretty big spoiler for new players
>Fiora comes back
>hey long time no see let me introduce you to my new bird girlfriend
the epilogue will end with shulk smiling at melia for three seconds and meliafags will cry tears of joy and claim she won, a la niafags
If only the game looked that good, maybe if Nintendo stopped being gay and made a powerful console
I know nothing about Xenoblade 1 other than this poor girl gets thrown aside despite being flagged as the lead love interest.
She will suffer because Shulk's huge dick will be too big while they are having sex
I mean that could have happened if Melia moved faster, she was too slow and tsundere about her feelings.
>I think you mean OUR new bird girlfriend, Shulk
She'll fall for Rex in the epilogue, only to be ignored by him too.
What so shit about it? Now instead of her shitty elemental summonings she can be a badass dragoon and actually be useful.
The other girl is childhood friend/clearly crushing on each other and is the main reason why shulk goes on his journey
Melia is 9/10 but you really cant beat that
Melia was the literal best character in the game if you controlled her, the AI just didn't know how to use her.
Yes, what about it?
It's a monado replica actually, in the short story in the monado archive it's revealed that while Shulk was searching for a way to fix Fiora's body he was also researching the monado replicas so he could mass produce them and give to everyone else. This is an epilogue which means that this takes place after his research is complete which explains why his replica looks more "natural" than the ones in the main game.
If her element summons didn't exist and she could use her ether like a regular mage using magic in jrpgs then I would had her around. Even when I controlled her she was boring as shit.
You didn't use her right then, because she's honestly a busted ass character. I wonder if they'll patch up her Twilight, or Starlight Kick move.
>despite being flagged as the lead love interest.
She really isn't.
>"The future should be decided by each and every person in the world"
>Epilogue happens, Shulk makes proper Monado replicas for everyone
Huh, based. I just hope Melia doesn't get any Monado Vision mechanics. That would make Shulk less unique.
God the way she shows just a little skin in all the right places and how plump her thighs look now being squeezed by her outfit
unf
I don't understand what's happening with FF7, so I mean, hey
The story is 100% the same though, unlike a certain other demake.
visions were a monado ability, shulk's wish for a world without gods means alvis can't give anyone a real monado, shulk will probably not have visions anymore
At the end of Future Connected, Melia decides to absorb all the remnants of Zanza's Ether Energy floating above Alcamoth (it's that energy that is the cause of the weird dimensional portals appearing) to prevent it from spreading and turning some of the surviving High Entias into Telethia. Absorbing such high quantities of pure Ether overrides her Homs biological barriers and causes her to start going Telethia. Shulk is thus forced to push her back into the last remaining dimensional portal as her mind slowly collapses and she starts becoming a threat to the people she was trying to save. The final battle is you as Shulk fighting Telethia/Melia in the space between worlds within the last portal. You finally manage to make it to the other side of the portal but it's collapsing and there's not enough time to make it back. In her last moment of sanity, Melia gives Shulk a harsh tail slap, hitting him clear back across the portal to his world as she traps herself not even in a distant land but on a whole different planet
Anyone got the render of Shulks epilogue design? Looks good
Figures soijack newfags would unironically defend time janies.
>to prevent it from spreading and turning some of the surviving High Entias into Telethia
this literally can't happen bro, the game wasn't as focused on genetics as xenogears was but this is an idea that appears in the game, the remaining high entia CAN'T transform into telethia becuase they completely lack the genes that allow it to happen. Deus's awakening and the transformation of people into its defense mechanism is paralleled in Xenoblade with Zanza who does the same thing.
You guys need to stop dumping ridiculous fan fiction everywhere. Why the fuck would they make an epilogue to punish Melia even further? If anything, if this does connect to X somehow, some giant Telethia might emerge from the Shoulder and get sucked into a portal. Either that, or in the depths of Alcamoth.
Man her new design is really nice. I like how they fancied it up a bit. But did she get bustier? I always thought she was quite light, a C cup at best, and that is stretching it.
Future Connected is more than likely focused on 1 and 2, not X bro, I'm sorry
It isn't ether that causes High Entians to become Telethia, but Zanza himself awakening, and causing it to happen. Zanza is dead, and the remaining High Entian likely have human DNA, so this can't happen.
Absorbing ether doesn't cause High Entian to become Telethia. It's Zanza himself triggering something in their DNA to become said creatures to begin with, and he's dead. Where do you goofies find this fan fiction at
Lora was the main character of Torna, just like Melia is the main character of Future Connected.
Some of the remaining High Entia, like the ones recruited to Colony 6, are not half-bloods. And frankly, when they started as Telethia and had generations of crossbreeding, the idea of "half" and "pure" blood is ridiculous anyway. They're all somewhere on a spectrum between Telethia and Home, and it's perfectly reasonable to suspect that (especially with higher ether levels) some of the survivors could still become Telethia.
>It isn't ether that causes High Entians to become Telethia
youtu.be
>"What do you get if you cross high concentrations of ether with High Entia?"
as opposed to forced xenocringe 2 fanfiction?
>Absorbing ether doesn't cause High Entian to become Telethia

I won't buy it unless you can dump Fiora.
>Lora was the main character of Torna, just like Melia is the main character of Future Connected.
Who knows about Future Connected, but Jin was always the one with the MC tag on Torna's website.
Why are the cutscenes in this game so good?
>Who knows about Future Connected
Melia is front and center in every artwork and screenshot so far, and was the player-controlled character in the only gameplay footage.
>Jin was always the one with the MC tag on Torna's website
Jin is a main character, but certainly not the main character. They push Fiora as a main character of Xenoblade as well, even though she's gone for half the game. And just like they said Future Connected is "another story with Shulk," even though Melia is clearly the main focus, they advertised Jin more heavily because he's the more recognizable character compared to Lora.
>Jin is a main character, but certainly not the main character.
No, he's *the* main character. He's given the same label Rex has on the XB2's website, and they're the only ones who get it.
How do we even know that the portals are ether? For all we know, they're just wormholes between universes. You just came to that assumption
>For all we know, they're just wormholes between universes.
And what do you think Ether is? Protip: it's dimensional energy, the type of stuff you find powering wormholes between universes.
I don't know about the wormholes themselves, but those lasers might be ether projectiles. They resemble the Siren lasers, and those are definitely ether.
I'm perfectly aware of what the marketing material claims. But in the game, it's clearly Lora. And as I said, right now they seem to be pretending that the main character of Future Connected is Shulk, even though it's clearly Melia.
Where does it state this at all in Xenoblade
Galea states the Zohar is an interdimensional energy accumulator.
The Zohar dispenses Ether energy.
1 + 1 = 2.
Why do people keep forcing X connections, when if anything, this is a setup for XB3, and secondly, how do we even know if Melia, or any High Entian in general can just jump in front of a wormhole and absorb its energy
You are fucking stupid, if that were true then the blades would stop working at the end of Xenoblade 2 and Poppi wouldn't have a furnace that creates ether. What you mentioned is only true in Xenogears.
Not that guy, and it doesn't. Ether seems to be presented as basically magic at the beginning, but what it actually is is different in each game. But if you did have to pick something unifying about each game's ether, 1 and 2 both seem to be connected to the Conduit. And the Conduit is definitely all about wormholes and shit.
The Zohar fucking off doesn't mean there isn't any Ether energy left in the world where it already spread Ether energy.
From what I understand, the only the long-head wing High Entia exposed to the ether blast in Alacmoth transformed into Telethia. Long headwings who were not present in Alcamoth at the time were spared from the transformation.
No, it's not. Alvis now has a Core Crystal/Zohar, so it's not the same.
I recall her saying meta universe manifold, but the Zohar is essentially an unlimited source of energy, so carry on. Sorry for being argumentative. My thing is, we don't even know if the portals are caused by Zohar energy or not yet, but I guess we'll see. I just think it's unlikely that something like that would happen when the developers are aware of how hard Melia has been getting dunked on
I think only High Entians who are exposed to a fuck ton of ether become Telethia, but we haven't seen Melia get thrown in an ocean of ether or anything ether, so
>meta universe manifold
That's only in the butchered English localization, in Japanese and every other translation it's stated it accumulates dimensional energy.
Stop spreading your fanfiction, according to this stupidity after some years all blades will die because there's no more ether on Alrest for them, why do you think being in the spirit crucible hurted them? also when the Conduit leaves the artifices stop working because they have no more energy supply, if your fanfic were true there would have been no difference because the planet would still have ether in it
