everytime after i ride a bus a train or a car it gets super loud, and i can't avoid those

Guys, this isn't a cure or anything, but a few friends of mine use this to get rid of their tinnitus for at least a few hours at a time. Good luck, guys!

It can be. There are ways to help mask it, like distracting yourself with other things, white noise sound generators, frequency "cancelling" shit. Sometimes it gets too intense to be effective though.

depends, you can have a mild case where it's easily ignorable and only shows up in perfect silence or a 'fuck you' case where it literally overshadows so much of your life you'd wish you could go deaf

that won't stop it either, it's caused by the auditory nerves getting fucked up so there's no real permanent cure in most cases

Depends on the severity. When I first had Tinnitus in my right ear I was immediately depressed. It did hamper my sleeping and made me unmotivated to work on music. I was lucky enough to have it dissipate on its own after 3 months or so. I don't know why he would want to be deaf though. That wouldn't remove the tinnitus, in fact that's all you could hear.

I have it in one ear because of this annoying fluid buildup I get behind my left eardrum. A lot of people who say they have it probably don’t. Everyone can hear a slight noise when there isn’t anything to hear. It’s to do with blood pressure or something

only thing I can thing of that caused it was going to a rave at an anime con every year
I only have it in my right ear but it's fucking terrible
I've had to stockholm syndrome myself into finding it comforting to deal with it

ever since i got it a year ago i've stopped using headphones. i just use speakers at a low volume and play some form of masking sound almost always

you're literally playing sounds directly into your ears. not everyone's gets worse from using headphones or iems but i wouldn't chance it. even at low/safe volumes and listening times.

I don't have tinnitus but for some reason my ears overproduce wax and I have to flush it out with Debrox every 2 months or so.
I'm actually in a position where I can't get some right now and it's fucking annoying, I can't hear shit and my head is so pressured.

Yours is always probably genetic. I've been to about 2 concerts and a few clubs. Like everyone else in the world I'm undamaged.
I do get pissed when unwillingly subjected to loud sounds since I've had a young fear of hearing loss.
Even when wearing earphones I turn it down so low I could hear a near pin drop.
The science behind earphones isn't out yet and in playing games.

I've had a hole in my left eardrum for as long as I can remember. The only thing I've noticed with it is that it hurts when I clean out my ears with those drops and music, when I listen from my left, sounds like it's being streamed directly into my brain and it hurts.

If you just relax and ignore it (easier said then done). Your brain will literally edit out the sound.
