it's the ending of the first disc game,he dies in the end and it ends with that shit,in the second disc he is completely fine for no reason, there's a theory about this,he died and everything after disc 1 is he not accepting his dead,the theory makes sense since everything after disc 1 doesn't make any sense,but no one has fucking idea of why did they made that image, it's legitimately scary,even for today
