You can't.
Even if you beat them pretty sure they come back.
Just look at the game's code and cheat, you could either rig RNG money events, rig the amount of money you have to pay, or rig Bailey's battle stats.
You could also mess up with how the game handles rent payment days.

If you decrease her dominance to 0, theres a chance for a event where she gets abducted and sold for the underground dungeon.

grind your English skills, use the apologize ability at the start of her fight, then just hang in there while she wears herself out for an easy stamina kill
the downside to this is that you'll occasionally get people attacking you in the night but you can fight them off pretty easily since it's a 1v1

It needs more character builds and expressions, graphics for NPCs, more options to play as a dominant character, and more context sensitive dialogue in fights.

You can fish for events with Whitney by leaving the school gates while she's there, re-entering, then leaving again.

So long as you have the stats for an after school event you'll eventually get one, or you can just grind dominance/lust.
