>Playing BF1 on headphones for over two years.
>Constant artillery barrages ruin your ears like Great War vets from over a hundred years ago.

you're literally just imagining it lol, stop clenching your jaw

I think most people with this problem are too stupid to care

i wonder how much damage i've done to my ears because i would intentionally turn the sound up on my speakers when watching youtube poops because i still find ear rape so funny after all these years.

I got tinnitus from standing next to the track at a jet car drag race and not covering my ears to show my friends how macho I am

Is it normal to have quite loud tinnitus in one ear only? I would assume if it were related to hearing loss it would be the same in both ears.

Actual autism

is there a way to fix this? i had this since i was a little kid. thankfully i got used to it, but sometimes it gets annoying when you are trying to sleep

I have a thing in my right ear where when something loud happens my right ear makes a sort of rumbling sound whenever the sound stops or begins. It isn't a continuous rumbling either. The best way I can describe it is a muscle contracting when it hears something loud and then when the sound is over it relaxes and makes a very short rumbling noise
Help I literally cannot figure this out

white noise. Buy a fan and turn it on when you go to sleep.

nope, there are people who are deaf and still have tinnitus.

Mine is more prevalent in my right ear than my left, but there's baseline white noise in both

How loud are you playing your games retard

I honestly don't know how this happens.

I'm literally close to deaf at 26 and still don't have tinnitus..

How did you guys get it ?

it only showed to yourself how retard you are.
i hope you get used to it soon or even better, it completely disappear, good luck user.

Y'all are fucking pussies. Oh God ringing! Whatever shall I so? Jesus fuck, shoot some guns, the soi is getting to your heads.

Had it for as long as I can remember.

Pretty easy to ignore, at least for me. Forget I have it usually.

Running while listening to Dynasty Warriors soundtracks and playing racing games while listening to Eurobeat mixes. A lifetime of having headphones on my head probably didn't help.

Why act that way?

>shoot some guns
hopefully with earpro

you have a loose hair on your eardrum vibrating. Must have fallen in your ear at some point. Go flush it out with saline

You need to use a tuning fork to reset your inner ear crystal frequency.

god that must be horrible

i think i have ear cancer

I thought that initially but this is something that suddenly sprung up 3 years ago and I've washed my ear out with saline and hydrogen peroxide mix various times since.

i remember starting to notice it after I had teeth removed for my braces.

nothing has ever worked to lessen it

maybe in 10 years, there is a drug being tested.
bad part, is how do you feel about getting a neddle inside your ear?

you know people say war is hell but it was a lot of fun killing brown people and there was almost nothing they could do to stop us

Even on a relatively normal sound level an artillery barrage is constant high level sounds and explosions going off in your ears. That's not even mentioning the grenade spam that game loves. It was Loud Noise: The Game and the only way you could avoid it is playing on mute, which is a hindrance to yourself.

>Y'all
this is bait

I get it on and off. It's been back for the last few months though and is real annoying late at night when it's quiet.

does anyone else sometimes listen to drumming in their ears, it usually follows the bass of what I'm hearing, most of the times it happens while I'm on bed watching youtube or something

That guy has a snail in his head

this, who the fuck has snail's and coral in their head? Maybe thats why he has tinnitus

wow, it's like I'm really a great war vet

Hate this shit. Was always so careful about my hearing then one night just fell asleep watching something with the volume a little too loud and bam tinnitus for life

Attached: 1458791183636.jpg (533x724, 61.68K)

>watching videos in bed with a headphone in
>someone in the video screeches
>ringing for over a month now
No idea why that was what caused it but hey, that's life I guess. It's at a volume now that I can pretty easily ignore so I'm not too bothered, but still hope it fucks off eventually. My advice to anyone wanting to avoid it is stay away from earbud headphones, those fuckers will kill your ears.

This genuinely helps me, I have a small pond with a waterfall outside my window so that helps even more but sometimes the ringing is too much, are there any meds for this? My doctor said I need a cat scan to get them checked out

Have you cleaned your ears recently?

tinnitus
i just like saying that word
tinnitus tinnitus

>Tfw have Tinnitus and constant ear infections
It's fine just, take some ibuprofen and a warm shower

Mine is only in my left. Could be something bad, but it's almost always just hearing damage.

That's not war. That's a cash cow for the MIC. You were basically an office worker for all the big weapons corps.

I don't think natural hearing loss is inherently uniform.

Dont do this, it makes mustard gas

theres a theory that tinnitus might actually be caused by something in your brain and certain psychedelics may either relieve your tinnitus depending on how bad it is or lessen it

This is what i do. During the day i dont notice it. Its when the house it quiet it bugs me. I got the cheapest noisest box fan i could.
I dunno man. Its wierd, i think the silence after hearing the ringing for so long would creep me out.

I just took a bunch of acid and I can still hear it. Instructions unclear. Plejf itneyidd

whatever you say basement dweller

Mine is all over the place depending on how fucked my sinuses are on any given day, and sometimes it's unilateral. I don't really have a baseline or hearing damage though (when I travel to other places where I don't have horrifying allergies my tinnitus disappears) and almost everyone with tinnitus has hearing damage. May as well see an ENT and rule out the worrisome shit.

try mushrooms instead of lsd
also it might be only certain types of tinnitus, not the legitimate destruction of your eardrum type

Experienced ego death and reached enlightenment on DMT. I shitpost from the 4th dimension now. You know what is going on here all day? EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEee

tinnitustalk.com/threads/basically-cured-with-psilocybin.25544/

its anecdotal, because nobody really tests this shit. But its better than trying to live with it

In a perfect world, instead of wasting resources on trannies, it would be spent on trying to cure tinnitus

But it's a revolutionary, transcendent kind of EEEEEEEEEEEEEE

>penis envy mushrooms
wat

For me, I have success with cannabis, various over the counter mushrooms (mainly Hericium erinaceus, possibly Tremella fuciformis), the first time I inhaled fluticasone through the nose I thought I could hear silence again for the entire day, but not since that one time.
It's hard to gauge the others for obvious reasons, if I'm in a mental state where I am not noticing it, I'm not going to attempt to focus on it. So it's hard to say if it's just a distraction or if it's actually suppressing what's triggering the subjective sound.

I have only done acid prior to developing tinittus so I can't remark on that.

Neuroscience and hearing loss hard, me make hole instead.

thats just a name for a certain mushroom drug. Theres other kinds like gold caps, lions mane, etc.... it doesnt matter as long as its psychedelic
