I think we actually got lucky. B.C. was testing more cases than the entirety of the U.S. really early. We closed borders a bit late but that's already a good step when we haven't exploded yet. Ontario has been testing well too, and Ford is considering complete shutdown of the province.

I think if we were going to explode, we would have started to see repercussions sooner. It'll obviously get worse before it gets better and we definitely weren't the most proactive, but we might only be fucked, not annihilated like most of the U.S. with their mutt brains who can't practice social distancing.

Easy, although Canada technically has large amounts of land, it is sparsely populated. Most of the Canadian population resides in a few large cities. Canada has around 900K-1.2Million people TOPS. Its easy to keep that many people contained when they all live in a reasonable small area.
